Made-to-measure sherwani

A sherwani built from a controlled specification, not a product thumbnail.

Naap is developing six signature bases in Karachi for grooms ordering across Pakistan and the diaspora. The aim is not unlimited customization. It is enough choice, recorded precisely, with a production system that can deliver it.

Six design bases

The first collection spans quiet nikah ivory, warm old gold, navy baraat, wine velvet, charcoal formal, and emerald evening directions. These are sampling directions until materials, patterns, workmanship, and partner capacity pass review.

What “base” means

A repeatable construction and silhouette with controlled choices. It protects fit consistency and makes quality control possible across production partners.

What you can change

Consultation choices are expected to cover fabric family, colour, collar treatment, closure, buttons, embroidery density, pocket treatment, trouser direction, shawl or stole coordination, and finish level. Structural changes that invalidate the tested pattern may be declined.

Price and full payment

The planned launch range is USD 550–950. A versioned written quote controls the actual price. Full payment is due only after the final specification, measurement method, fit remedy, production window, cancellation boundary, and shipping approach are accepted.

An 8–10 week operating window

The target includes specification lock, material commitment, pattern review, construction, quality control, dispatch, and delivery. Naap may decline an event date that does not leave enough recovery time.

Fit is a policy, not an adjective

The strongest remedy is planned for orders measured by a trained verified partner. Guided self-measurement carries a narrower, capped local alteration remedy. The accepted quote names the binding remedy for the order.

Sampling-stage disclosure

Naap is building this operating model now. No order, workshop capacity, final price, or fit remedy is confirmed until it appears in an accepted written quote.

Editorial method: this guide separates body measurements, garment specifications, and planned operating terms. Read the Naap measurement method.
